چکیده

Early diagnosis of colorectal cancer is crucial to increase the survival rates patients and breath analysis represents a promising non-invasive tool obtain information on cancer-related variations human volatilome. A solid phase microextraction coupled gas chromatography–mass spectrometry method for determination seven selected compounds, representative volatilome secreted by colonic mucosa affected cancer, including benzaldehyde, benzoic acid, dodecane, ethylbenzene, octanal, tetradecane toluene, was developed. All extraction parameters were studied both headspace direct immersion sampling procedures fully validated. The potential approach demonstrated time monitoring emission volatile organic compounds from surgical resected colon tissues patients. Furthermore, identification thirty-one same accomplished.

Determination of oxadiazon residues by headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

A method for the determination of trace amounts of the herbicide oxadiazon was developed using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and selected ion monitoring. It was applied to determine oxadiazon in ground water, agricultural soil, must, wine and human urine samples. To determine oxadiazon in liquid samples, a response surface methodol...
